7470 Under Steam

Who doesn’t love an old steam engine? The 7470 is based in North Conway, New Hampshire and is taken out twice a year for photo opportunities which I happened to take advantage of. The old rusty iron bridge is also known as No.4 Crossing. You can Google North Conway and find the schedule to see when the next “run” would be, if you are interested. The Janurary run is known as Steam in the Snow, but unfortunately that January there wasn’t much snow. Oil on canvas. 24″ x 36″.
