What I first noticed about this 1930’s or 40s Mack tractor cab was the massive patchwork and discoloration and rust on the front fender. I painted it for the colors as well as the broken headlight. In the process it reminded me of the way our government tries to patch up everything. So, to me it seemed like a fitting title. Oil on Canvas. 18″ x 24″.
