Old Timer
I got the inspiration for this work after painting “I Once Was”… thinking about images of death (momento mori). The truck’s name plate gave me the title, so I added the full moon, raven, the number 13, and a faded skeletonized character behind the wheel. Oil on canvas. 24″ x 36”.
